We offer discounts on bulk purchases of various items. Please contact us to let us know your requirements.
  • Minimum Orders

ANAMET Products has a minimum order requirement of $100.00.

  • Shipments

Our team will select the most appropriate and efficient transportation method unless you request a specific shipping carrier. The invoice will include charges for freight, insurance, and forwarding costs unless you directly pay for these charges. A handling fee will also be applied to invoices for shipments containing “Dangerous material” and “Controlled temperature products.”

  • Claims

Your order will be filled, verified, and packaged to ensure its safety during transit. Should there be any damage, it is essential that you immediately notify both the carrier and ANAMET Products. If the packaging material arrives damaged, please keep the packing carton and materials, as they may need to be inspected by the carrier if requested.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The acceptance of any order is contingent on the purchaser’s agreement to the subsequent terms and conditions of the sale.

  • Prices: Our prices may be altered without prior notice.
  • Quotations: Quotations are valid for 30 days and may be subject to corrections of accidental errors or omissions by ANAMET Products.
  • Delivery: Every effort is made to adhere to delivery dates. Delivery dates are estimated but not guaranteed. We are not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery.
  • Amendments or Cancellations: We make every effort to accommodate individual customer requirements. Amendments or cancellations of an order, or any part thereof, are permissible only after Anamet Products’ acceptance. Please note that a restocking charge of 30% applies.
  • Terms of Payment: Accounts with established credit have 30 days to settle invoices from the invoice date.
  • Product Return: A return authorization number (RAN) is required to process a return. The product and its packaging must remain unaltered and unopened for us to issue an RAN. Shipments received without a RAN will not be accepted.

All statements, technical information, and recommendations provided herein are based on tests that we believe to be reliable. However, the accuracy or completeness of such information is not guaranteed. Instead, we offer the following in place of all warranties, expressed or implied:

Obligation: The sole obligation of sellers and manufacturers is to replace any quantity of the product proven to be defective.

Liability: Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any direct or consequential injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use the product.

User responsibility: The user must assess the product’s suitability for the intended purpose before using it. The user assumes all risks and liabilities associated with its use.

Agreement requirement: Any statement or recommendation outside of this document shall have no force or effect unless explicitly stated in an agreement signed by officers of the seller or manufacturer.
