Rust/coolant inhibitor

Using a rust inhibitor and/or appropriate coolant when cutting materials is important to ensure accurate and high-quality results. The coolant helps to reduce the heat generated during cutting, preventing the specimen from deforming while maintaining its original characteristics. It also helps extend the life of the wheel by reducing premature wear.
It is important to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations for diluting rust inhibitors and coolants and for regular maintenance and replacement. It is also important to ensure the coolant distribution system is well maintained and the flow is appropriately adjusted for efficient cutting and uniform results.
A rust inhibitor and/or appropriate coolant is necessary to ensure the cut specimens’ quality and extend the cutting equipment’s life. It reduces maintenance costs and provides reliable, repeatable results in the material-cutting process.
