<p>This system has been engineered with a modified polyester base, making it highly flexible and capable of conforming to the contours of embedded samples. This ensures precise embedding with minimal gaps. The fluidity of Technovit 4000© allows for the embedding of samples with porous surfaces, small gaps, blind holes, or undercuts, providing thorough coverage and penetration into intricate details.</p>
<p>Technovit 4000© has excellent flow characteristics that can enhance the polymerization process through vacuum impregnation/pressure vessel techniques. Vacuum impregnation eliminates air bubbles from the embedding material, while pressure aids in consolidating the material for complete curing.</p>
